You choose
To add a digital signature to your PDF, you can first trace it directly in our online tool using your mouse, touchpad or touchscreen on your device (Smartphone, tablet, etc.). If you prefer, you can also enter your name using the keyboard and select the font of your choice. Finally, you can sign your PDF file by importing an image of your signature.
Personalisation
Our online tool for signing PDF files enables you to personalise several aspects of your electronic signature and/or your initials. In addition to where they are positioned on the document, you can also choose their colour, modify their dimension and add several other elements: a date, a tick-box or some text (e.g. “For appropriate legal purposes”, “Read and approved”, etc.).

Very simple to use, our electronic signature editor enables you to modify various aspects of your document. You can also use it to invite other people to sign the PDF file online, up to a limit of 100 signatories. In addition, you can define the zone in which they must add their digital signature.
